Feists ?
Honestly is there really any difference in the Barger, McAndrews, or even the Mullins line of Feist as far as hunt, grit, treeing, or whatever ? The same with the different cur lines ? Every dog is different and every litter will differentulate somewhat ! ?
Someone would have to hunt with numerous dogs of each bloodline to answer that honestly.

We are in agreement, I've had Uchtman Bred Blueticks for years and just recently have gotten into feists really just to squirrel hunt, Lonnie Uchtman told me one time pups will have different hunt and qualities even though their out of a proven cross from one litter to the next, I believe he's right !
I been hunting treedogs well over 40 years. I believe there are obvious and HUGE differences in bloodlines. I do mean HUGE.
Re: Re: Feists ?
Bubbas, "I have hunted Kemmer Curs for around 30 years and I can tell you that there are different characteristics among the different bloodlines within the Kemmer breed alone which for the most part is a highly inbred breed of cur dogs and mostly breed true to form and function." Now bubbas the Kemmer is not a "breed" of dog, it's just a line of dogs within the Mtn. Cur "breed" of dogs.
