On my way to pine bluff and saw a nice lookin walker off of 530, right past the sheridan exit. I sas unable to stop due to traffic. Just tryin to help someone get their dog back

Around here people just drop dogs off. After deer season they will be everywhere. I can't understand people. If you don't want it take it to the pound or at least something else.
