Hunting coon w/dogs and trapping them

Whats everyones thoughts on hunting coon w/dogs and trapping them to. Also had permission to hunt on posted property for small game and was told to stop until after deer season. The coon had been eating their corn they put out so they've been setting live traps and shooting the coon and throwing them over the hill. The hunting w/dogs for coon and trapping them to has nothing to due with the rest of this story. Just wanted some opinions.

Might get better response here instead of the Off Topic . JMO
