A rant over social media pictures

Ok guys I just want to rant and vent over some things I have seen on social media ie Facebook here lately. On a coon hunters group page I saw a video of a pair of hounds pulling apart a coon on others I have seen coons fighting hounds in their pens shooting coon out of season etc etc etc. Here is the issue I have with this.. Social media is seen by a lot of folks this includes ALL the animal rights groups and yes I know we have some of those pics and several threads about kill dogs one here but the general non hunting public doesnt frequent this site.
Putting those videos on social media for one give the humane societies ammuntion against us and portray a very bad image on us for the general non hunting public. Im not sure how we can stop this but I feel we need to try and come up with something..
We have enough trouble as it is. Now we have some of our hunters unknowingly hurting our image to the average joe,his wife and his kids...

Stuff like that will be the down fall of not only coon hunting but any kind of hunting when the anti hunters see it. Please people think before you post you could hurt us all.

100% agree. I've watched videos on YouTube and most show hunters purposely putting bad shots on coon so there is a good fight for the dogs. How does this make coon hunter look as a whole. I shoot to kill. I don't want me dogs getting tore up by a dang coon and I'm sure not going to post videos of them getting a hold of em. The one video was of grown men telling a young boy to shoot the coon in the rear end. After several shot the coon came down half alive and the dogs finished it. There are definitely some sorry people out there that have to ruin it for the rest of us.

Ive seen those things and thought what fools. I will post videos of my dogs treeing and will post still frames of my dog with a coon in its mouth. I will NEVER post videos of me shooting a coon or the dogs fighting it. Its illegal to transport a live coon in GA because of rabies and I see idiots around here posting videos and pictures of their dogs barking at caged coons.. The animal rights morons just look for things like this to fuel the fire, Not to mention if the DNR happens to see it..

I know everybody hunts and handles hounds their own way but posting those videos affects ALL of us. Im not one to tell another man what and what not to do but they need to keep the graphic stuff to themselves
