10 coons in 2 hours

Had a cast at Wyatt last night that scored on 10 coons. Won by Dwils and Hank with 950 I think. That's 950 $KC points. That's rank'in um up.

Those are the nights you remember, your dog is on his game and the coon are playin along. My old dog put up 462 1/2 in a one hour this summer but lots of bad things can happen that second hour. Hank must be a goodun.

John, from what I heard those 10 coons were spread purty evenly between the 3 dogs.

Thanks Jim the reason i asked was i had a person tell me last night that the only way a person could score any high points in a hunt was if he was by his self, that person gets on this board a lot so i hope he reads this.

by the way i see Wyatt has a ukc hunt next Fri. night are you going to go over if so i would drive over and we can BS some, i wont be able to hunt .

Had an absolute shoot out lastnite from right out of the box . Hank treed 4 and two other coons the three dogs nailed same time and it was a calling contest. Another dog had 2 coon alone and packed on the others and the other dog treed 4 herself and took a minus on third drop . Awesome cast I really didn't care who won with the way all 3 dogs looked . Hank was down a coon the last drop we went in and I had 3rd and first on a coon and they backed and recut with only a few minutes left and hank sank deep and alone with another coon to seal the deal up

my hours are pretty high right now we are in harvest but it gets dark earlier so I can get out more . This was hanks 5th night out since AO lol I've been hunting pups . Skip ; holler at me when your free

Fred Bear (hank) is a son of Bear and My old cord female...

The pup I'm hunting now is out of Bear and a littermate sister to stallards Bill dog and Ben Crockers Roadtrip . She's almost complete opposite in style then Hank is .

10-4 Dwils.They may be differant styles but sounds like there both fun to hunt.

went on a cast in Greenfield Indiana at English Days several yrs. ago we treed 7 singles,this was the most single coons ive seen on a 2hr. hunt...

This spring the pup cast I guided put up 900 with a 4 dog cast could of had 1100 the guy winning dog got treed with a min left he didn't tree him he was sitting with a coon. Cast had alot of split trees 2. I had 1112 1/2 one night in an added money hunt 3 dog cast it was a shot out. And we did make one slick tree. Guided Mr. Smith one yr and he had 1200. It happens alot around here, but I know when the coon move best in each woods.
