This is my question

for today if a walker dog is suppose to have a medium neck
and slightly lower in the rear.how does it run with its head up?
how long should it hold its top line?

i am just trying to educate my self using the bred std.

i bet if i had a pic. of a walker show dog on here the 1st thing
somebody would of said is pull its head dwn.
