She may be to young to keep up. Shes barking trying to keep up with the older dog. It will cause her to babble when she older. You can put her up for a while or put up with it for now and try to break her of it later. I wouldn't correct her with the ecollar until she gets older. Just my opinion. Hope it helps.

Don't hunt her with older dogs until she can keep up. I would not shock her! Try hunting her by herself.

i have heard storys about putting a dip in the young dogs mouth and sprinkling some in there nose when you turn them loose.. heard it only takes about 2 times and they learn to keep the mouth shut

That just doesn't seem like a good idea... The dog might get mouth cancer but I doubt sincerely that it'll solve dog running. It is interesting to hear about some of these old wives tales makes ya wonder where this stuff originates from though.

Dogs too young, your gonna make a babbler, or first stirk dog depending on how you look at it, let her grow up a lil, these 5-6 month old wonder pups are few and far, dont rush a pup, it only causes more problems

What is the point to this exactly

we had dogs do that. it helped to wait until they were about 9 months old to try them out again. if a dog doesnt take an intrest in hunting try giving them a brake until they are older.
