2 year old black and tan with puppy papers only

I want to buy a black and tan hound the problem is that the only papers he has are his pup papers can i get hi m registered with the puppy papers seeing as hes almost two years old

Yes, you may still register your dog. As long as you have the Application for Permanent Registration, your dog is still eligible for permanent registration. However, for any dog over one year of age, we require a $20.00 late fee in addition to the registration fee.
