Problem with Charger??

Is anyone else having problems with there charger for the Lazer Torch Lights? A friend is on his 2nd charger and he is having problems out of it he is going to have to order another 1. I'm on my 2nd one too but so far no problems. and will another charger work with that light. it's a great light just need a good charger....
