Light Dealer
I am traveling from Pike co KY to Louisville Ky . Does anyone know where I can find a place to buy a light during my travel? I think I would like to have a Sunfire from what I have read on them or Maybe a boss Magnum. I would love to compare the 2 side by side...
.
Kevin who owns and builds Boss lights is in Nancy, ky.
Thanks Bruce. I looked up Nancy Ky and it would be a LONG way out of my way to travel there. I know you also sale Boss lights and I have bought some long range antennas for my dc 30 , dc 40's and Astro 220 from you and I have to say that in the hills of Eastern Ky they perform GREAT. Is there any way that you could post a video shining some trees with the Magnum? I live in eastern Ky and we have zero coon hunting supply stores and I thought that why I was traveling I may find somewhere to check out all these lights I been reading about. I currently do not own a light other than a led mag light and a stanley led spot light. I want a super bright led light but I hate to order something and have to send it back if it isn't what it cracked up to be. Also in the mountains of eastern KY 300 and 400 bucks is hard to come by so I do not want a good Light I want the BEST!!!! So far from what I been reading that would be a Boss or a Sunfire. But I want to see for myself If the Sunfire Is worth 100 bucks more than the magnum.
I have not seen the magnum in action.
I can promise you that the sunfire is unreal bright and burns forever. Give Michael a call at sunspot and he will tell you good and bad about his lights.
I will not own another light unless it has the sunspot logo on it. Best all aroundlights iv seen here in action in the hills of WV.

It would probably be worth the extra hour and 20 mins on your trip to make the trip to nancy, but if not you have :
Menifee co farm supply-frenchburg , ky ( laser torch dealer)
Shade tree hunting supply-sharpsburg, ky(bright eyes lights)
Star hunting lights-nicolasville, ky
All these are just minutes off your route to Louisville , I'd call ahead and see inventory levels tho before stopping. I was just in pikeville over the weekend, I could've let you check out a couple lights I have. Also, there is a guy just across the line in Virginia that sells hunting supplies. Pm me for more details, hope this helps
