DNA Profile Never returned

I sent in Two DNA profile kits about 2 months ago and never heard anything back. Can I get some info to see ware they are or what's going on with them?

The DNA has not come back from the lab as of yet.

when was it received? How long does it usually take? I think its been almost 3 months since I sent it in.

We have not received it back from the lab yet. Unfortunately, we do not know when the lab will return it to our office, as we have no control over there processing times. Please feel free to check back with us periodically, and we will be happy to check again for you.
