So NEw Hide cost

So what Is hide of a costly
Coon going to he worth.
Fuel price up .
Corn in the dog feed is going up.
I tried my own feed .. still cost to much .
Not to even say the price of 22cal ammo is skyrocketing......SO WHAT'S GOIN TO HAPPEN TO THE FUR PRICE ???????.

Probably fall out. Seen good prices last year, so I would say they will flood the market with them this year and bottom the price out.

Now you know the answer too that.....expenses up-income down,all my expenses went up & no more wages. Look at it this way,coonhuntin's cheaper than a new bass boat

Is there a buyer around east tn and whats the requirements on selling them i mean how do they have to be skinned

They have a sale in bulls gap every year. google the nafa website for proper ways of putting up fur. cant let the dogs tear em up

You can sell them whole at the sale. I would ask around where you are from and see if anyone knows of a fur buyer. They will buy them whole. You can also just skin them and not flesh them and sell them green. Saves on storage space.

If you live close to the greeneville area. I could show you. It aint hard. Another thing is the fur aint really worth selling till after mid november.

I have a buddy who has a furrier business who makes, sells and stores fur coats and such.

He told me his connections say that he expects good prices to continue because China has increased their number of stores selling fur coats by a thousand stores.

The thing is I don't know how good his source is.

Push comes to shove good top large and well handled put-up coon will probably bring a similar price as they have the last few years. That is bouncing around the $25.00 mark.

dose the north get better price then the south they seem bigger and thicker fur other hunters i meet realy like or huntin and big coons
