? about sportdog 3200 shocker

I just bought a sport dog 3200 shocking system with 2 collars. everything turns on and seems to be in working condition. I have set the mode on the transmitter and have tried to program the collars.

1 collar I can get programed and when I put the test light on it it lights up however it will not shock the dog. I had the collar tight and it was making good contact with the dog. any ideas on what I could be doing wrong.

2nd collar will not allow me to program it at all. I have both collars charging now I hope that is the problem but wanted to see if anyone has had this system and could maybe give me an idea, Thanks and take care

I believe the directions say to charge first off the top of my head.

Hope you get it figured out.

I've had no problems with mine yet.
