Grub boots worth the money?
Looking at getting new boots, can't decide wether to get Grubbs or Lacrosse Aerohead. Any opinions appreciated.
I have a pair of Grubs and am looking to get me the LaCrosse Aeroheads. My grubs have no traction, keep sliding down my leg, and seem to be like an ice skate when the slightest bet wet.

I like mine a lot better than tye muck boots and have better traction for me but I hunt swamps and river bottom and some rolling hills not Amy mountains !! Best boot I have found and put the pro star dans chaps on them and you have a great combo!! The only combo that lasts me more than one season!! The rest I can't get more than one season
I'm a fan of the Grubs boots.
I wish the upper was a little more rigid, but the fit is excellent, they're comfortable to walk in, traction is good enough (for me).
The best thing about them so far has been their durability. I never, ever get a year out of a pair of boots. Mine will be a year old in October and they're still in good shape. The lining on the inside has held up better than any boot I ever bought.
I got a pair and they ain't lasted me a year they are very comfortable and light, but the sides has came loose and now leak like crazy, have tried everything to keep them intact but nothing helps, I'm getting a pair of the Lacrosse Arrowheads.

I really like the Grubbs , very comfortable , they aren't nearly as hot as muck or mud lite . They show no signs of wear yet, the chaps do tho lol I'm anxious to see the new lacrosse boot tho.
