Please Help !!! Ticks On Dog

Any suggestions will help. I picked up a female from a buddy tohunt for him. When I got her to the house I took a look at her. She has ticks all over her. I'm not talking 20 to 30 I'm talking hundreds. Its bad. I've pulled and pulled till I was sick of pulling. Is there anything to spray or give her to back them out. I'll try anything that may help. My wife is going tomorrow to get a confortis pill for fleas. Hopefully I will find something to get them off. Thank you all for reading

happy jack kennel dip will kill them and they will fall off in a couple days and not leave big sores like pulling them off does sometimes

ok.

Thanks. I'll try that. I know her ears were puffed up inside where I had pulled them off.

Adams flea tick spray will definitely kill the ticks. I used it a couple years ago and it look like pepper on the kennel floor. It will only kill what's on the dog then. Spray them a couple days in a row and use a brush to knock off the dead ones still hung on

Frontline spray will get rid of all them.

Thanks guys. This poor female is covered. I'm glad I went and picked her up. She isn't mine but I hate to see a dog like this. I'm going to treat her like mine though

dawn dish soap

I had a lil walker gyp I p/u a few years back. I wet her down...poured dish soap on....and ticks came off. I pick a can of pure dish soap nearby, and husband and I tossed what fell, into it. she had ticks like earrings! horrible! I waited a few days, none came back. good for fleas also.
