Chap makers

Is there a chap that does not bunch up at the bottom? This pic is of my chaps pulled up and they are not to bad but I wear them down a lot and they get bad. It is not to big of a problem with boots with a stiff top, but boots like grubs, mud lights and other boots that have a soft top. They cake with mud and cause them to get stiff and push in on the boot. That causes them to rub a blister on the back of my ankle. I haven’t had these very long and I will be getting different ones as soon as I can find some that do not do this.

you can probably just specify a shorter length. just tell the seller you want a shorter length and they can get them. or take them to a shoe repair place and ask them to heam them for you.
