question
i am new to coon hunting and was wondering wat was the best way to tell if your female is inheat
Their rear end swells up and puffs out. Many dogs bleed when they start but many don't, or bleed so little that you never see it. They should also get moist from a creamy discharge. Male dogs will should also start showing a lot of intrest in them. Don't rely on the males as some are always bothering females and some won't bother them until the female is ready to breed.
