Totally ready. Anyone that doesn't make it out to this event is going to really wish they had... Heck I guess if they don't show then it just means more prizes for me. lol

I will not be able to make it but I could not show anyways. But I am trying to show up later in the day. I am not sure how the club is able to do this since the U.K.C rules state"7. The local club management has the right to refuse entry to any dog or handler. However, no handler
shall be barred on basis of religion, race, color,
national origin, age or sex"
I guess UKC saw that we intended no ill will in holding this event since they fully supported it. We are only trying to have some fun, bring in more woman to our wonderful sport and donate money to a GREAT cause. This event was not meant in any way shape or form to single anyone out. I'm personally thankful to all the men that are coming out and supporting the woman trying to raise money to help fight this horrible disease. I know there are many that have gotten behind this cause and have asked females to handle their dogs for them. Maybe someone should start an all men's event for prostate cancer. I know that I would do everything in my power to help support them.
I think it is a great idea and hats off to UKC for supporting it! Good luck to all the ladies that participate!

I've known several people who would still be here if not for Cancer , some barely got started in life . It's better than it was but it needs to be just a bad memory in history .
How did the hunt go? Sure wish I could have made it.

And even the weather was perfect .
Will this be an Annual event ??? I hope so...
Please tell us who won the event ?
I got there a bit late, so I missed the BBQ chicken, but heard it was excellent; it sure smelled good !! Sue's homemade fresh blueberry cobbler sure was a hit...
I loved the hot pink matching T-Shirts that many were wearing, & I wish I would have bought one. Great design on them, also.
Take Care of Your Puppies......sounds like a slogan to me
Thanks to everyone whose participation made this event a big success !!!
