performance sire or not ?
does the male have to be performance sire to nominate his pups in the program he is permanent nominated
A sire can be a PRP nominated dog but his pups would not be eligible to be in the program unless he is nominated as a sire.
Nomination to the program cost $25 and is good for life. Nomination as a sire is $300, $200 or $100 depending of date when dog is nominated and that nomination is only good for that calender year.
A dog could be nominated as a sire without ever being nominated to the program.
