As usual, What he can't get through the Congress, He's using his "Dictorial EPA" to achieve his FURTHER CRIPPLING OF THE COAL INDUSTRY. He's ATTACKING THE POWER PLANTS THAT BURN "FOSSIL FUEL".THE ONLY THING I CAN TELL YOU IS; GET READY FOR YOUR ELECTRIC BILLS TO SKYROCKET OUT OF CONTOL!! I'VE ALREADY STARTED MY E-MAILS AND FAXES TO MY SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES. IF YOU'RE SMART, YOU SHOULD ALSO, IF YOU LIVE IN OHIO, W.VA., VA. OR KENTUCKY. THOSE STATES USED TO EMPLOY AND MINE THE MAJORITY OF COAL PRODUCED. AL GORE STARTED THE BS WITH GLOBAL WARMING, THEN OBLAMO IS MARCHING LOCKSTEP WITH THE TREE HUGGERS, KEEPING IT GOING WITH HIS SHUTTING DOWN OF COAL-FIRED POWER PLANTS. IT'S FUNNY TO ME, IF GLOBAL WARMING IS SO DANGEROUS, WHY IS CHINA THE LEADING IMPORTOR OF COAL?? MAYBE THIS SIDE OF THE GLOBE IS THE ONLY SIDE WARMING???

yep you right all he has done from the time he got into office is start taking our rights away from us and the state gov is getting just as bad

I'm being serious..........you stated that you have lost "rights" meaning multiple. List them!

I don't love Obama or think he walks on water, but I don't just say something over and over again if I can't back it with facts......

Maybe we have confused our "rights" with our "abilities". I have lost my ability to go to a local gun shop and buy .22 ammo. My employer has lost the ability to sell coal to the power plants that have been shut down in the last few years. Several people have lost their ability to repay student loans since the interest rate just doubled. I have lost the ability to plan for my future retirement since Mr. Obama has a dislike for coal and for the people that mine it or burn it. That is just a start but I am sure that other people can think of more "abilities" that they have lost since that ugly day in November 2008.

Ability is a much better term then rights...........but if one does not have the ability, then one learns, trains or educates themselves so they have the ability. If I don't have the ability to bench press 250 pounds, then I need to train till I can bench press 250 pounds. No one can blame any one man for there inability to be able to do something.

Freely 5 years ago you claim that you and/or others had the ability to sell coal, plan for retirement, pay student loans etc......and now have lost that ability. So, what do people do? I have read your posts and all the info and advice you have been giving everyone. You seem to have all the answers. You should be Obummer's top advisor and then everything would be rosy and red. Should they go back to school for another 4 to 6 year period and re-train? What you are saying does not make good sense. Obama has not moved our Country forward in no way shape or form. You need to stop making excuses for his failures. You are always blowing about how educated you are, but I assure you that many of us probably have more education than you do. lol i got some 1 that agrees with some of what i have posted yea it is unreal how some belive what a poltican tells them they going to do to make it peachy creamy for all of us ain't none of them worried about us its all about how much its going to do for them but im just about done posting on these politcal threads to much drama for this ole man

good post brush only thing i see that you posted is the welfare and food stamps these people worked for a living they will get no help and those that are buying thier homes and vechiles trying to raise familys will lose every thing they have worked for

I agree with you hillbilly, But I think you missed my Point. After they lose there jobs, the only place to look for help is exactly what oblamo wants, THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!!! Some will get help from their local churches, but the churches don't have deep pockets like oblamo thinks he has!!

Just look at the Zimmerman case if you wanna talk about lost rights. How about the RIGHT to a fair trial, or innocent until proven guilty and due process and all of that? Now Obama and the media can just decide you are guilty and tell the Sheriff and the States Attorney - evidence be dammed! You make an arrest and charge him with murder! This case, investigation process, and trial have given us a frightening peak into the future of this country if we continue down this road.
