... I'm a Yankee with Southern Roots on one side. Greek from Greece on the other side...lol...
When I talk I say "You guys" or "You All"... in writing I use Y'all or you'all...LOL... When I'm on the "sweet tea thread" on here I find myself slipping into a Southern accent a bit in my writing...lol... When my Southern etc... friends on here call me I have an accent for days...
I LOVE a good Drawl.. Southern, Midwest all cool. God Help me if an IRISH friend talks to me... I'm totally useless trying to figure out what they mean????lol....
Our country is so awesome and diverse... Those of use who have friends from all over are very lucky in my opinion!

I played softball in a tournament @ Jones Beach in Long Island. Those folks thought we were from another planet! I felt the same way about them though.
You all is only spoken when you have a liberal @ a southern black church trying to suck up to them, and try to have something in common! It's far worse, when those same libs try to speak like those brothers and sisters!
