5100 head squealing noise ? Help ?

When I turn my 5100 head on it makes a squealing noise. Is it supposed to do that ? Its a 28 volt bright eyes

I would say it is the bulb you are using in it. I have had mine do the same thing and changed the bulb and solved the noise.

i readjusted the bulb and it quit
