Boot Sizing Info
I am looking to buy a new pair of boots and was wanting to know how the sizes run. I was looking at getting a pair of Grubbs or the Alfa Mud-lites. I normally wear a size 10 1/2 wide and didn't know if they run a little big or small and i also have a big calf. Thanks for any info or preferances.
LaCross boots normally run about 1 size larger than most shoes, so IMO if I wore a 10.5 I would order a 10. I'm pretty sure they only come in whole sizes.
I am a size 10.5 and my Alpha Mud Lites in size 11 fit real nice

I wear size 11 but prefer 13 in the mud lite.
I too have a big calf and I got the Mud Lite boots they open up in the back so they are easy to get on and off. I wear size 12 shoe but I wear a 13 in these boots. they fit real nice and very comfortable. only down fall with these boots is they don't like Barbbed Wire very well you just have to carful when crossing fences. Now the Grubbs Boots I could not get them on even when I tried bigger sizes because of my big calf. they fill and look like a good boot. but I just could not get them on. I think you will like the Mud Lite Boots..
Thanks for the replies.

Im a 9.5. I bought to pairs of lacrosse boots . One was lacrosse burly boot insulated. Size ten. Were to big. Next pair I bought the classicl lacrosse Grange boot non-insulated boot. Size 9. Fits great. Nice and tight around my feet. I trust lacrosse boot cus they don't fall apart like others

Best bet is to check some local stores around you. Bass Pro, Gander Mt, TSC, local farm and boot company and see is they have any of the boots your looking for. Go try them on. One thing to consider is not only boot size but ankle and calf sizes. Not all boots are the same in those areas and certain boots work better with large legs.
