-- Question for all the breeders out there.... (http://forums.ukcdogs.com/showthread.php?threadid=928319631)
Question for all the breeders out there....
Ok have a buddy that has a 6 yr old walker female that has never been bred. She was in heat and got in with his male and he found them knotted up. This was her first time ever being bred and he went out to the kennel a few days ago and she was bleeding again. This is about 2-3 wks after she was bred and there is no odor, no infectious coloring and she is happy and eating well. Any ideas on why she's bleeding besides miscarriage? She's been bleeding for several days now and I've never witnessed a female bleed the entire pregnancy? She likely never stopped bleeding in my opinion.
The splenda female we bred to sid bled the whole time we had her and then she ended up with a slight vaginal infections. He took her to the vet they put her on antibiotics and she got better and had 11 beautiful babies!
