We lost a coonhunter Denny Hameister.

A memorial service will be held for Dennis Carl Hameister "Hammy" Friday, May 17, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the American Legion Post 92 in Rochester.
Dennis passed away at his home Monday, May 13, 2013, of natural causes.
He is survived by his two sons, Hunter Hameister (fiance, Teena Lippert and their daughter, Izabella Hameister), Forestt Hameister (fiance, Linsay Bushinski, her daughter, Madison Swenson, and a son on the way), two stepdaughters, Tara (Thomas) Booth and their children, Andrea and Alex Parker; and Karen (Jed) Ryan, and their son, Bo Ryan. He has five surviving brothers and two surviving sisters.
He was preceded in death by both parents, Carl and Edna Hameister.
Dennis was born and raised in Rochester; he attend Mayo High School where he excelled in wrestling. He worked construction, D & R Star, and then started his own business "Siding by Denny."
He was an active member of the American Legion Post 92 and the Eagles Aerie 2228. He enjoyed coon hunting and spending time with his family. Other hobbies included darts, pool and playing cards.

Real sorry'ta hear this.. Denny was a good man. Condolences to his family & freinds.
