67yrs old quit coonhunting and i think i want a bird dog,not looking for a field trial dog but a good gun dog, probably can't afford what i want, something that does not get out of shotgun range, will hold point and retreive even a older dog that can hunt a few hours 3or 4 times a week, paper's not needed, the dog will be treated well and have a good home

I have a nice young male English Setter I'm asking $250 for. I was asking a lot more unfortunately he fell and sustained an injury that he was only able to hunt for a few hours on so I lowered his price. He has shown no signs of having trouble with it lately. He hunts closer than I like 20 to 30 yards out is steady to wing and shot retrieves backs and is whoa borke also.
English Setter
I have exactly what you want.I live in Morgantown,WV He's 6 yrs.old and has been hunted on Grouse,Pheasant, chucker and woodcock. I'm not a big time bird hunter but I can assure you he's as good as they get. He'll hold point and retrieve, hunts out about 30-40 yds.and will hold point until the cows come home. I'll let him go on trial with money in hand or will take him to a local shooting preserve you pay for the birds and you can see what he'll do. He's a little out of shape right now but it won't take him long to get back up to speed. I want $1000.00 firm for him and like I said I will let him go on trial with money in hand.(304) 692-6932

If you can't hunt over them, those Championship titles don't mean Didly Squatt.
