Boots
Looking for what people are using for boots with chaps, I want to get a good pair.
ANYTHING BUT MUCK AND YOUR GOOD ... THE BEST FEELING PAIR EVER BUT WANT LAST AT ALL IF YOU HUNT MUCH.
Me and my huntin buddy both wear lacrosse boots with zip up brush chaps that are water proof, we got the boots for around 100, they come up to your calves and are fairly comfortable, I'd say they are worth the money
i would say i hunt hard every night and i have dans muck wetlands snake chaps work wonderful for me love the well worth my money
I got the lacrosse alpha light boot with the valley creek pro chap and like them very much

I have the lacrosse alpha light boot. They fit well but I have hunted with them 3 times and after last night I cant hardly walk. They are killing my feet for some reason.

PKC Ch, Grch Grnch 2008 Tx state champion They call me Crazy Betty
PKC SCh CH Grnch They call me Howler too
I have a pair of lacrosse with Dan's chaps sewn on them, and a pair of Muck with the same type of chaps sewn on them. I would much rather wear the lacrosse much more comfortable for me.

I would look into a pair of GRUBS boots i have owned mucks before and was content with them, but like said above they wear out due to poor manufacturing. Grubs boots were designed by the same man who made mucks and man these things are nice atleast 50% lighter than average boots they're like wearing tennis shoes if you really want something that is confortable to wear and you hunt pretty regular i would check these out. Dont be fooled by nice avertising you need to find something durable and comfortable and so far these are the nicest boots I have had and i hunt 3-4 nights a week year round.

you can find them at Valley Creek outfitters I went with the valley creek pro chap, its about a nice middle weight chap, but thick enough to shed any briars or thorns
