Have muck already. Was wondering what else people wear in particular lace up style boots
Irish setter, danner, rocky?

Rockys = Junk!

I would never buy a pair of rockys again in my life! I had a pair of there $140 boots that i strictly used for deer hunting and they leaked from walking thru wet grass ! i called rocky and they didn't want to back warranty because i didn't have a reciept! I work for a company that pays for boot allowance every year and nobody will even get rockys with the company paying for them.

red head have been wearing the same pair now for six years no leaks and they are just getting broke in.

grubbs!

i had muck boots and won't be going back.just got a new pair of grubbs.very light,very comfortable,alot better traction;lugs,not the old "bar" type.

if u want the best frog leg being made get the dunlop rubber boot with the steel toe.
Its made outa dunlop rubber and the sole has the biggest lugs found on a boot today.
The sole is extra thick so u wont puncture it...also its very supportive which means its stiff around the ankle. Also its heavier than most other boots but thats wat makes it durable too.
Also no liner on the inside so u wont wear it out on the inside of the heel

There just isn't a more comfortable pair of boots for hunting from May to early October than the lacrosse grange boots for me. They are knee high, fit my foot and ankle nice and snug and aren't hot. I wouldn't wear another pair of muck boots if they sponsored me.

Right now I'm real happy with my MudLites but I'm always looking for the next great thing. I have purty much settled on Valley Creek lightweight chaps but I'm always up for a lighter boot.
