Puppy help

I bought a pup she was the runt she is 6 months old looks like she is 3 months old what can I do to get her to grow

Puppy Growth

We have been giving one of our dogs Wheat Germ. Bought it @ the Health Food Store (All Natural, Not Roasted). 1 Lb bag $3. Sprinkled about 2 Tablespoons a day on food. Had to take Scout off of it he was getting too fat. Took him off of Purina One & was just feeding him Regular Purina Dog Chow. We also give Scraps to the one's that need it.
