Yes you can, I use Nemex 2 and have had great results.

I also use Safeguard, 1mL per 4lbs body weight. I do that dose 3 days in row, 3 times a year Spring, Fall and middle of winter. Have been using it for about 10 yrs and is safe for pregnant or nursing bitch's. My Vet said it would not take care of Heart Worms. Have had no problems here.
