how do i get a replacement easy entry card??

I lost my wallet a couple weeks ago hip wadin through some thick swamp tryin to get to my hound. My easy entry card was in my wallet at the time and that sucker is gone for good. So I was wonderin how do I go about gettin myself a new easy entry card I've never lost one before so I have no clue how to get a replacement.

UKC will sell you a new one.
