old dogs arent aging gracefully....

got to moving some pics around on computer tonite after a pup hunt and cant believe how old my two oldest dogs look after seeing old pics!!! dang they look horrible compared to when young!!! hard to say if its the years or the miles.......

sure had a blast first couple years of hunting my own dogs. no tracker, hardly a decent leashe, and a junky old chevy pickup that i still run for a water truck. LOL.

minn the hightan bitch as pup with trixys dad ruger. minns all grey in the face now and beat up. i cant hardly remember her looking like such a green pup. minns first solo hide season shot a 150 coon out she ran and treed solo. was a nice puppy. got my fill of putting fur up after that and since have enjoyed treeing coon and shooting very few.




trix in her prime, muscled up for female and ears nice and long not all chewed off from coon and tail not docked couple inches again from coon.

Old Dawgs!

Bob and I both tend to LOVE to see the older dogs... love to see the grey faces and the WISDOM and better than that we LOVE to see them still doing what they love when physically able to do so! Keep enjoying them and may they continue to love their work!
