dna testing

can you dna test 2 dogs that you think are litter mates?reason I say two that you think are litter mates because the dog I think she was out of just died this past week.i know where there is a ljtter mate to her.my ?is canyou dna test a brother and sister and possibly get a match.i know you can dna a pup to a sire or dam wondering if you dna litter mates.any help would be greatfuly appreciated thanks
