Just curious
Is it bad to keep a coon dog in the house all the time? Will it mess the dog up hunting at all? I'm just curious because ill like to keep her in the house but I don't wanna it affecting her hunting wise
I have two GRNITECH here in the house. One rides up front in the truck with me. It might spoil them but mine tree plenty of coon.
Last 2 dogs I've handled were both granded out....both house dogs! Both rode shotgun so long as they weren't stinky or dirty...
IMO it doesn't hurt at all and makes for a nice handling dog...those 2 dogs knew more of the English language than some people do....

it seems to me the dogs raised in the house has a better handle on them, but ive seen some seem to be more jealous of other dogs.if there bred to tree coons you could raise them under a rock and it want hurt their ablity to tree coons.
Thanks! I like keeping my dog inside and was just wondering about that
