Cast ??

At an UKC hunt there are only 4 registered dogs in the hunt, 2 of the dogs are owned by the same owner. My questions are can both dogs hunt in this cast being that they are owned by the same owner and second question Is can that owner be the judge of the cast?

They can hunt. Can judge to I guess if somebody else can't. Im not sure though.

I thought an owner couldn't have two dogs in same cast??? Thought that was the one condition to split a 4 dog cast.

The rule book says split them up whenever [possible. In this instance, it isn't possible to split them up.
As for judging, who owns the dog or dogs has no bearing on who judges.
