would it be fair

i have never hunted at B&t days.
i want to know if it would be fair for me to put a 10 month old pup in the pup derby?
or should i stay out of it and leave it for the younger ones.

Mike you will probably draw a few pups that are almost two.put your pup in it .

Pup derby is for dogs under 2. I'd say you would be hunting one of the younger pups there. You'll see a lot of pups there 18 months to 23 months.
