Just finished him tonight for the Ohio deer and turkey expo this weekend.

Always LOVE the lifelike work you do... this one is awesome! When you first see the picture that Buck could be standing in that field...and I really expected a full body to be there!

Saw one about like that in 2007 in Holmes county Ohio,,very very nice deer and mount work .

Todd this was a wild deer killed 4 miles from my house in a woods I coon hunted for years. Killed by a Ohio bow hunter ( not named Nathan )

I like the way you have it outside on that post for a pic of the mount. Makes me want to take mine down off the wall and go get a pic like that. I don't really have any good pics of the mount. Thanks for the idea!

Post a pic of yours if you do Todd. Hard to beat natural lighting. Keep the deer low and then take the pic with the camera as low or slightly lower. Having the sky for a back drop is awesome IMO.
