Tips on training a pup

I've got a redbone and need some tips on the best ways to train her I've never trained a dog to coon hunt and I'd like to make something out of her so it would be great if I could get some advice

expose it to coon with another dog or released coon., once it wants them ,hunt it alone.
you dont train them how to run and tree, you train them what to run and tree.
