I havent' heard anything yet.

Descrepency once again is holding it up from what I hear.

It was actually a flat out lie, and attempt at cheating that is holding it up. Therefore there was an appeal, and we are waiting on a decision from UKC. I have heard a few stories about the cast only having two members being the descrepency. That's far from the truth. I also hope UKC announces the decision soon.

The MOH awarded the overall Florida State Champion to 'PR' Wipeout Booya with 400+. Hopefully UKC will rule in the same manner as the dog deserves the win.

I will second what RRILEY said. The dog did do exactly what a coon dog should do. And she looked good. This is a case where the handler lost the CW. not the dog. the dog did a real nice job.

But isn't the Nite Hunts a two way street? The dog and the handler? Not just the dog alone?

Dog has its job to do finding and treeing the coon. The handler's job is to know the rules, know his dog, and call the dog for what it's doing.

Tough break if a handler's mistake cost him a win, but that is part of the game. Many of handlers have cost their dogs a win by mistakes. Sometimes the best dog doesn't win because of it. But handlers have a part of the outcome as well in Nite Hunts regardless of who has the best dog.

Sounds like the buddy system at work yet again.

I'm not gonna state who I think is right or wrong bc I wasn't there to witness but from the first hand account that I did get it was one of those buddy deals. I think UKC will uphold the moh's decision if the story I got was spot on.
