Nicknaming your coonhound

What are some good nick names youve given your hound? If you were to nickname them after a sporting legend who would it be? Im thinkin wilt or maybe pistol pete

My buddy used to have a redbone named buck but we always replaced the b with f.The nick name suited him better.Another friend of mine had a walker female he called Cami Joe.I always called her Camel Toe,he got mad at me at first then I guess the name stuck because he started calling her by that name.

Had a female years ago her name was Renee but i always
called her momma had her for 10 years pure coondog sure
would like to hear her again she died in 03. I took a break for
for some years and run rabbit hounds but just got back in got a nice 5 year old female named bug, probably end up calling
her momma too.

ALL MINE HAVE NICKNAMES, .... SOME CUTE, SOME NOT SO MUCH. LMAO.

I got one named Dexter. I was changing tire on a vehicle in the yard one day while he was running around. When I got ready to put the lugnuts back on I only had 4 and I never found the fifth one. So we call him Lugnut.

I agree with slobbermouth. The outlaws of country. I have Cash and Willie now. Next ones will be Waylon and June. They do have others names some days though.

i was feedin my hounds one night when a english dog with a tracking collar come runnin up tryin to get in with my female in heat i caught him and called the man the first thing he said was ah bullsh** and i said no really i have your dog when he showed up he clarified that the dogs name was bullsh** we had a good laugh over that one

I've used names like moron, idiot, stupid, worthless, etc. My buddies say I'm to picky and to hard on my hounds, but I call them by their real names when they do good, haha!!!

James is Wames E Buddy

Had one I named cold snap I called her snaptastic, one named Jan I called jan'll-tell-ya, and Bubba I called him bub-nasty

Used to hunt a female called H.B.. she was wired 440 constantly. HELL BITCH
