We knocked you down in California and we will do it in Maine. You dog hunters are the worst. You use animals to kill animals. You know it is wrong, when less than one present of you Publicly support the killing of innocent animals. You do it in the dark on back roads so to hide your guilt. Shame on you.
Hounds for Kids, had posted on face book about getting kids into hound hunting and this is one response they got. Just thought I'd post it here.

those people need a little desensitizing. maybe if they got a job at a slaughter house or a roadkill removeal crew for 6 mon they wouldn't be so worried about a few hunters killing wildlife

Makes me think of all the "i don't shoot the coons" and "don't you dare talk about culling publicly (or on an online forum!)--we don't want to give the anti's more fuel!" coming from some hunters...

Yup, lying about the sport does make us, as coon hunters, look like cowards who are hiding on the back roads in the dark.

I'm not ashamed of what I do. I admit freely that I DO coon hunt in the dark, lol, but I don't feel the need to keep secrets so nobody knows what I'm up to.

Kudos to any kid who stands up to that harassment and holds his head high without fear or shame.

yea im a oleman id like to takr them with me i hunted all my life not a think wrong with hunting only bad thing is before the nite was out i probly get tired of hearing them insult me take a club break thier legs and leve them i have no use for them
