At what age do you start giving heartworm med (ivermectin ) to puppies?

Give nemex 2 at 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,&10 weeks and start ivermec at 12 weeks. Give monthly at a rate of 1/10 cc per 10 pounds for life even if they are pregnant.
