rules
How many people really read and study the rules. It seems common practice around here to just go to the hunts and try to catch on. The problem with this is, they draw with ol Joe who is an upstanding member of the club and has been hunting the hunts for 25 years, so he must know the rules. A question comes up and Joe says we have done it like this for 25 years, but Joe is wrong. He did the same thing and he was taught wrong, now he is teaching a new hunter wrong. Point being, no one applies the rules correctly 100% of the time, but we should judge by the rules and not by tradition, or the way we think it should be.
