wood burning heaters

I am sick and tired of our government. I just read where congress is going to pass a law where you cant burn wood in your homes any more, says it is not clean. The epa says it is unfit and kills people. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone that voted for anyone in this administration should publicly apologize to the american people...................

I would say what it boils down to Gov. isn't getting their hands on any money with us burning wood!State of Illinois is giving all Illegal immigrants drivers license!As American citizens we need to start showing up at our state capitals and in D.C.!

A few years ago they were giving tax breaks if you installed a wood burning stove. Where did you read this I can't find it and would like to check it out since I burn wood.

And they need to quit blaming the democrats for all their problems. Where are all these conservatives come election day?

I'm building a new home now and putting a wood hearted in it. Most companies I've looked at that sell stoves are giving a big rebate on them due to them being (GREEN). The GOVT is giving the rebate. Catch...it has to have a cataletic converter. And they do have them. They are about 350 higher to buy one.

can you post the link or where it was at? i would like to read it ive wanted to go to a fire place or wood heater i just like the old fashion feeling it gives the house plus it saves money but other then that what they dont know want hurt them.

Its all I heat with saves me about 2500 a year and its warmer heat I'll fight to keep it!
