rance, the problem with this and the gun control stuff, is that by the time it spends several years in the court system, getting rid of the laws and regulations that were inacted durning that period will be next to impossible.

I'm not disputing anything. He did something he should not have done. The court looked at it, ruled it, and gave their decision. Everything worked just like it should. Sure it wasn't on purpose but it happens. Glad it was brought to someones attention. Plus it just proves a point, he can't get by with a soda deal, much less something major.
