Locate Owners: Northern Florida

The following information was posted on Facebook. (5) Treeing Walker Coonhounds have been dumped/lost/abandon in this Florida area and these local home owners are trying to keep them from being obtained from the Human Society. Anyone in that area know of or lost these TWC? I hope they are lost and not "dumped" because "dumping" makes for a bad rep for COONHOUND OWNERS! Please cross post and spread the word to help locate these hounds with their owner.

"Can everybody cross post this, someone has dumped 5 dogs (fox hounds?) on our road. We live outside Micanopy. Animal control came out but could not catch them.They are beautiful dogs and it would be great if a rescue could take them all. We are all feeding them and they are living in a wooded area , they have been there for 2 days now. We already have 5 dogs or I would take one. Any suggestions would help, I hate to see them go to animal control."
