Perfect example

He attempted to purchase a gun, couldn't pass a background. So what did he do stole them from somewhere else. JUST LIKE ALL CRIMINALS/BAD GUYS DO. The regulations where in place to keep them out of his hands, and he got them anyways. JUST ONE MORE EXAMPLE OF THE LEGISTALTION IN PROCESS RIGHT NOW JUST KEEPS GUNS OUT OF THE GOOD GUYS HANDS.

that's why they will have to start passing laws to control your gun while in the home. for example, specific gun safes, random inspections, who has access to your home.

Yes it was an AR15. A Bushmaster .223 caliber-- model XM15-E2S rifle with high capacity 30 round magazine to be exact.

How many victims of the AR? Did it act alone? Was it cuffed when taken into custody?

There was an AR-15, but it wasn't fired one time. Stayed in the trunk of the car the entire time. But again thats not what the media is focusing on. They are using the ALLEGED murder of 20 children to promote thier own agenda. It just further more proves the point that BAD GUYS will always find a way to get thier evil hands on weapons.

I Beleive it was a "medium" capacity thirty round clip.In most countries where gun rights have been compromised,30 rounds aint considered enough.

As I said to Diggerman:
"The problem with you righties is that you refuse to believe or accept anything that does not fit with your mind set. Your hear one thing on Fox news and you like the way it sounds so you close your mind to inconvenient truths.
I have posted above and provided the link to a press release from the Commissioners desk at the STATE OF CONNECTICUT
Department of Emergency Services & Public Protection, Connecticut State Police Public Information Office and yet you were able to close your eyes to this info.
It is no better that the right refuses to acknowledge which gun was used in a mass killing than that much of the left is woefully ignorant about guns in general. On issues as complex and important as this you can not find common ground with people who willfully blind or ignorant to facts. You are not helping the situation by refusing to accept reality."

I am going to enclose yet another link that shows that ALL 26 victims were shot the AR15:
http://www.greenwichtime.com/newtow...p#ixzz2IvrbOHhC
"Lt. J. Paul Vance, the face of an ongoing Connecticut State Police investigation into worst grade-school shooting in U.S. history, Thursday debunked media and Internet reports that Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza killed his victims with handguns and not the Bushmaster XM-15 E2S rifle that is now the focus of a proposed federal assault-weapons ban.
All 26 of Lanza's victims were shot with the .223-caliber semi-automatic rifle, said Vance, who bristled at claims to the contrary during an interview with Hearst Connecticut Newspapers.
"It's all these conspiracy theorists that are trying to mucky up the waters," said Vance, the longtime state police spokesman."

We can sure argue all day about what to do about these issues, but it does us no good to argue about whether or not an AR15 was the weapon of choice in this mass killing. If you follow the link to the official Conn press release it will show you that it was a shotgun that stayed in the trunk of the car.

BTW, you say "alleged murder". Are you questioning whether these kids were murdered?

now, truly, your not covicting that poor boy before he has been found guilty in a court of law, are you? i thought that it was only us mean conservatives that would have tried him the day after the shooting and executed him the day after that. most of the time the liberals want about ten years worth of trials and a minimal sentence, usually time served. but since the story promotes the liberal agenda, you can skip the trial and call him a murderer.

Jay, Bales quote was this:
"They are using the ALLEGED murder of 20 children to promote thier own agenda."
He is suggesting that the MURDER is alleged.
We know that the MURDERER is alleged. The MURDER WEAPON used is alleged. But it is not ALLEGED that the murder took place. You could go see the dead corpses at the funeral. That they were shot and are now dead is not in question.

Alleged

No I meant alleged murder. It's extremely sad to say, and it's not a popular opinion but I have yet to be convinced that this incident actually happened. I honestly say that I don't know, there is a lot of different information out there. I just don't personally like it when my other peoples agendas are shoved down my throat.

THats what I thought you were thinking. I just wanted to clarify. I disagree, but do acknowledge that you are not alone in your thought.
