I hope there is not a big Pkc hunt Saturday night so all those guides that loose Friday wont show up on Saturday , I think if you agree to guide and then don't at one of these big hunts after people have driven hundreds of miles to get there you should be barred for a while or fined .

Lots of water in the Delta!! About 12 inches of rain the last week and more coming. Going to be TOUGH hunting in the flatlands. UKC went from quality with 275 dogs each night to quantity with 400 plus dogs each night. The local clubs Will be in a bind trying to find enough guides.Trust me, I.m a member of a couple clubs tha t are stretched to the limit.a lot of casts wont be happy where they get dumped.

Mark I've been calling the clubs and we've got the guides to put all dogs in the woods. If you show up you'll get to hunt.

Shine runner we've been trying to call you due to a problem on your entry. I know one of the ladies in our office has left multiple voice mails. Please call first thing in the morning. You're dog is in but we need you to clear up something.

Water levels at winter classic

Just checked river stages website and rivers are either falling or scheduled to fall within the next few days .A one foot rise or fall can make a huge difference in the delta. Very southernmost delta is the most likely area to have problems . If the rain will slack up most of the rivers in the north delta will drop pretty quickly leaving quite a bit of hunting ground accessible . May have to walk more than normal. The ground is rotten and driving on field roads and logging trails could be prohibited but that is winter in the south it very rarely freezes. Make no mistake hip boots and a change of clothes would be a good idea.

I'm not sure if I understand your question but I'll try to answer.

Just because you are on the wait list doesn't mean you'll necessarily get sent to a satellite club. We've got some hunting guides from the grounds that are on the wait list. On the same token we have hunting guides who are not on the wait list from satellite clubs. We've got non-hunting guides ready at both the grounds and every satellite club.
