Does anyone know where you can get receivers frequencys changed or get collars refurbished. Have a merlin receiver and ten collars set for 222 frequencys and see there is alot of 217 collars out there. New to coyote hunting with hounds and tracking units. Some knowledge would be great. Thanks

In the age of garmins the prices have really fell on beep beep tracking systems. If you watch the classifieds trx 1000 systems are being priced from 300-500 dollars and a lot of times come with annttena and sometimes a few used collars. I'm sure there are people who could change your frequency but for the price and being limited to only tracking a few collars I would try and find a set up that could track them all within the 217 range, that way you will be able to track any other collar in the group your hunting with

That being said anyone have these older good working units for sale frequency 217. Just getting started not sure it will be for me and don't want to spend alot. I Have the merlin 10 but has 222 frequency. Thanks
