questions about private property

I was wondering when you are comp. hunting and you go with the guide he takes us to the property they never show permission slips. now i been to a couple and never had a problem this weekend the guide took us to property farmer kick us off. How do you handle that? my outher question is even if have permission slip how do you even no if its for the property you are on? The law might not be as easy as the land owner.

When you comp hunt, you are at the mercy of your guide. Just no way around that.
